Meet the Team
Tim Farquarz
Tim is our "front man" who handles most contacts with the public as our acquisitions manager who enjoys communicating with sellers and does what he can to meet their interests and needs. He is the one who will analyze your property initially and get approval for any offers we make for your property.
RC Thunder
RC is sort of our behind the scenes financial manager. He gives final approval for any properties that we choose to buy and also concerns himself with commercial property relations. You will most likely not be speaking with him by phone. But you might end up getting an email or two from him or his assistant.
Alex Vinesia
Alex handles some outgoing and incoming phone calls, does transcription work and makes sure closing documents are complete, prompt and effective for the closing agents we normally deal with. She keeps the office environment cheerful as you can see.
